1. Our Services
Forever Bloom delivers exceptional B2B floral installations and decorative services, including:

Commercial floral installations

Bespoke statement pieces

Corporate functions and brand launches

Christmas decoration installations
2. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon contract signing to secure your booking.

The remaining 50% is due one calendar month prior to the installation date.

Late payments are subject to a 1% daily fee until payment is received in full.
3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 1 month of the installation date will not be refunded.

Cancellations made earlier than 1 month before the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Delivery & Installation

Forever Bloom services are available only at mainland addresses in England, Wales, and parts of Scotland.

Offshore locations are excluded from the service.
5. Health & Safety

Clients must provide all relevant site-specific health and safety guidelines before installation.

Forever Bloom will comply fully with all client-provided health and safety requirements.
6. Insurance Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for holding public liability insurance to cover risks, injuries, or damages once the display is installed.

Proof of insurance must be provided upon request.
7. Liability & Indemnity

Forever Bloom is not liable for damage or injury resulting from interference, tampering, or modifications made after installation.

The Client agrees to indemnify Forever Bloom against any claims or damages resulting from such actions or third-party negligence.
8. Intellectual Property

All designs, mood boards, and creative concepts produced by Forever Bloom remain the intellectual property of Forever Bloom unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not reproduce or share these materials without permission.
9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt good-faith negotiations.

If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.
10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11. Additional Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms represent the full understanding between the parties.

Amendments: Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Notices: All notices must be provided in writing and sent to the registered business address.
